Many thanks to everyone who came down to Ravenscraig Park and helped tonight. Despite it being a bit chilly a good turnout of 35 runners braved the cold conditions.
There were 3 age group records and 1 course record in tonight's 2 mile race.
Aidan Thompson (Pitreavie AC) sliced 18 sec off the (MU20 RECORD 10:17)! in doing so also took 2 sec off the (COURSE RECORD 10:01)! to become the first person under 10:00! round Ravenscraig Park 2M in an impressive 9:59 !!
Recent MV50 European Indoor 1500m finalist John Thomson (Fife AC) = his own 11:05 MV50 RECORD !
George Black (Fife AC) multiple age group record holder - Beveridge pk 5k, Giffordtown 5k, Cupar 5m, up hill tt, and Ravenscraig pk 1m, took a whopping 1:51 off his MV70 RECORD with an impressive 14:36 !
